VILLA DESIGN

Nestled in a landscape oriented towards the sea, this single-family residence comprises two habitable floors and a basement, strategically placed to optimize the sea view. The volumetric language is defined by different angles composing lines of force, a characteristic that gives it the desired dynamism and movement.

Being a modern architectural piece, the residence is notably distinguished by the choice of sharp edges, determining the articulation of the shading panels in the social area located on the first floor to maximize orientation towards the privileged view. Access to the pool, situated in the southern quadrant of the terrain – an area of solar exposure and of greater interest, is defined by a courtyard, serving as a transition element between the private and social zones, accompanied by a water mirror feature.

At the top of the pool, there is also a space designated for a firepit, seamlessly integrated into the existing gently sloping terrain. In terms of facade cladding, natural stone was chosen as a noble material, providing a harmonious contrast with the white plaster on the remaining walls.
