VILLA DESIGN
With completion in 2018, this detached villa with three floors and four bedrooms, the works aimed to have the best use of natural light and south sea views while improving significantly the comfort for its inhabitants.
The exterior garden with native plants and pool were designed to optimise the use of water while making the best of Algarve warm weather.
“My project started in 2016 October I purchased a property that needed extensive refurbishment. Basically all removed bar the walls, then rebuilt to our specification. I needed a Project Manager and company I could trust as I have no experience in this industry. John Wilson became that person and his support team delivered the same commitment and honesty John portrayed from our first meeting.
He sourced a building company with the ability and knowledge coupled with the same principals as himself who delivered over a 12 month period a service I could only have wished for at the beginning. The financial and logistical requirements were explained fully at the beginning of the project and a timeline created. These were meticulously adhered to throughout the project and any deviation from the scope was discussed and agreed before any excess time and money was spent. On completion to time and budget John and the builders stayed with the project completing all snagging issues till I was fully Satisfied.
