Project for the alteration and expansion of a private home. Through the insertion of a subdivision, consisting of two floors and with a focus on the the largest of openings to the south for light. The pool was located in the same area to maximise the sea-views and sunlight.

The house enhances its relationship with the outdoor space through the pool and barbecue area. Volumetrically, it presents a traditional image complete with modern pergolas that give it a renewed character.
