VILLA DESIGN
The design of this villa is a testament to the client's aspiration to create a structure evocative of the iconic imagery found in cult science fiction cinema, all while maximizing living space and embracing panoramic sea views on a narrow plot of land. Guided by the principle of the golden ratio, the organization of interior spaces was meticulously crafted, prioritizing the optimization of southern vistas and ensuring privacy from neighbouring plots. Elevating the social spaces above the private quarters served to accentuate the architectural complexity and highlight the structure's presence. The interplay between the elevated swimming pool and the residence draws a dynamic line, gracefully sculpting the landscape and imbuing the project with a sense of vitality and individuality.
The social spaces were elevated unlike the private spaces as a way of highlighting and making the architectural object more complex. The relationship between the elevated swimming pool and the house, draws a dynamic line that rises the ground resulting in a project with a vigorous form and uniqueness.
