VILLA DESIGN
Set on a steeply sloping terrain, we opted to work with the existing stone walls to give this home the charm of a classic summer retreat. Split into two parts, one housing the main living areas and master bedroom, strategically positioned to make the most of the views. The other part contains three bedrooms near the entrance, making it easy for guests to come and go without disturbing the main living space. Both sections open out onto a sunny terrace and pool, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The presence of the stone walls led to a slight twist in the design, resulting in the curved south-facing façade. Our main aim was to ensure this home blended seamlessly with its surroundings.
