Defined by its volumetry harmonized by the curved wall embracing the ground floor courtyard and the suspended hollow body of the first floor, access to the residence stands out for its conceptual composition. Inserted in a consolidated residential environment privileged by its proximity to the sea, this single-family dwelling is divided into two habitable floors and a basement.
The social area is defined by the ground floor, characterized by the living room and kitchen merging into the same space and connecting with the outdoor ambiance, composed of the pool and landscaped areas for leisure enjoyment. Also on this floor are four bedrooms with private sanitary facilities, and on the first floor, there are two more, featuring generous dimensions.
Outside, there is a jacuzzi accompanied by a seating area covered by a pergola, integrated into the language of the dwelling. This resting space on the first floor can be accessed from both the interior and exterior of the residence.
The choice of materials is notably simplified, with the use of white plaster on the exterior walls and a chromatic touch through wooden panels, composed of vertical slats partially covering the ground-level and its sliding shading shutters.
