This building emerges in response to a complex program in an exclusive location with not much architectural diversity. Therefore, a balance was sought between the existing urban grid and references, creating a two-story building with an open relationship between the existing common spaces, whether they are interior or exterior.
The architectural approach managed to integrate harmoniously into the context, offering a contemporary and engaging vision.
The connection between spaces, both internal and external, provides a sense of spaciousness and fluidity, enhancing the quality of the spatial experience.
