A three-bedroom modern-style townhouse, constructed with a family in mind, the priority for this design was to maximise the light flow due to having other properties on either side and a smooth flow to the sunlit exterior and pool area to enjoy with friends and guests.
By using vast, living-space wide windows and two impressive skylights, we were able to maximise the light that entered both the home and the layout of the property itself.
Complete with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a study, open-plan living, dining and kitchen space and a spacious basement, the house provided all of the features the family desired without compromising on personal space.
