VILLA DESIGN
The residence is developed on two floors oriented towards the southwest quadrant, privileging the areas of social activities at the level of the exterior terraces, accompanied by a pool composed of two distinct levels, intended for adults and children.
Access to the interior of the house features a distinctive ceiling height and open-space character, where the living room, dining area, and kitchen come together. It consists of three bedrooms with private sanitary facilities and an office. Access to the rooftop floor provides a sea view.
An effort was made to present a modern architectural language, both through the presence of large glazed areas and material choices on the facades and in the interior, also emphasizing areas covered by pergolas, necessary elements for shading the terraces facing the sunny areas.
